Responsibilities

  • Own client P&L, managing revenue, consulting costs, forecasted and actual margins for financial success
  • Lead account expansion by identifying, developing, and executing "expansion plays" into new units, stakeholders, or engagement stages
  • Develop and own strategic account roadmap to proactively guide long-term client success
  • Lead commercial aspects, including SOWs, change orders, and contract renewals aligned with strategic goals
  • Build deep, trusted relationships as the client’s primary advocate and coach
  • Learn client’s business, environment, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored support and advice
  • Employ consultative approach to drive change, influence people/processes, and realize solution value
  • Manage regular cadence of discussions and progress updates with stakeholders at all levels
  • Guide client and Egen teams in prioritization, roadmap, and execution practices, focusing on end-user needs
  • Oversee project initiation, setting up teams for success internally and with client
  • Create and manage project plans, identify dependencies, and proactively communicate progress
  • Moderate and lead efficient meetings with clear outcomes and actions
  • Manage project scope, change requests, risks, and issues, escalating appropriately and early
  • Approach delivery with product mindset, using best practices and leading by example
