Candidates should possess a strong understanding of user behavior and how to improve user engagement through WalkMe, along with familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to customize and integrate WalkMe elements into web applications. An analytical mindset and excellent communication and collaboration skills are also required.
The Professional Services Consultant will design, build, and implement interactive experiences for customers to drive business impact, work closely with customer application owners to understand their needs and recommend WalkMe solutions, lead end-to-end WalkMe projects, monitor and analyze WalkMe usage data, conduct training sessions for customers, troubleshoot issues, foster cross-functional collaboration, and continuously learn about WalkMe and digital adoption technologies.
