The Customer Onboarding Consultant will build trust with customers and maintain regular engagement throughout their onboarding process. They will create and execute plans to help customers achieve their goals with Fieldguide, conduct regular reviews to track progress, and cultivate customer champions. Additionally, they will advocate for customer needs internally and work with various teams to shape product development and improve onboarding experiences.
