Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess at least 2 to 5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect, along with a minimum of 2 years of technical sales experience. They should have hands-on experience working with engineers at enterprise companies, demonstrating a deep understanding of their constraints, needs, and issues, particularly post-sales. Strong customer-facing skills, including the ability to earn trust from technical contacts, are essential, as is customer empathy to understand how the best technical solution may not always align with customer workflows. Comfort working in enterprise environments and a firm understanding of their constraints are also required.

Responsibilities

As a Solutions Architect, the role involves designing and delivering world-class architectures based on customer assessments and needs, performing customer onboarding and periodic reviews, proactively alerting customers to potential issues, and demonstrating an in-depth understanding of Coder’s products, functions, features, and benefits. The role also includes predicting issues/concerns and elevating them to the appropriate point of contact for swift resolution, enhancing the support of technical assistance for customers, updating product documentation, writing how-to guides, creating statements of work for contracts, and bringing customer feedback to the engineering team to ensure the product remains easy to onboard and use over time.
