The Lead Technical Sourcer will own the end-to-end sourcing strategy for technical roles, partnering with recruiting and engineering leadership to understand hiring priorities and develop target profiles. Responsibilities include building top-of-funnel pipelines through proactive outreach, talent mapping, and competitive research, as well as creating and iterating on scalable outreach campaigns. The role involves championing sourcing strategies, implementing best practices, evaluating sourcing tools, tracking pipeline metrics, and mentoring future sourcers.
