Requirements

Candidates should possess 5-7 years of experience in change management, with a strong focus on technology-driven change initiatives. A Bachelor's degree in business, Organizational Development, or a related field is required, along with experience working with technical teams and a solid understanding of technology solutions. Leadership skills, excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in dynamic environments are essential. Previous experience in a technical consulting environment or with multiple clients, a change management certification (e.g., CCMP, Prosci), the ability to manage client relationships, and Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals are also required.

Responsibilities

The Change Architect will lead the development of adoption strategies and action plans for user adoption of new technology. They will conduct impact assessments, create and implement communication plans, and collaborate with IT teams to develop end-user materials. Responsibilities include integrating change management activities with project plans, managing resistance to change, advocating for end-users, and creating success metrics. The role also involves identifying lessons learned, staying current with industry best practices, and performing other assigned duties.
