Candidates should possess a strong understanding of user behavior and how to improve user engagement through WalkMe, along with familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to customize and integrate WalkMe elements into web applications. An analytical mindset is required, capable of interpreting data to make data-driven decisions and optimize WalkMe implementations.
The Professional Services Consultant will design, build, and implement interactive experiences for customers to drive business impact, such as enhancing end-user onboarding and accelerating feature adoption. They will work closely with customer application owners to understand their business objectives and provide expert advice on WalkMe solutions. The Consultant will lead end-to-end WalkMe projects, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery within scope and timeline, while also monitoring and analyzing WalkMe usage data and user feedback to identify optimization opportunities. Furthermore, they will conduct training sessions for customers, troubleshoot issues, foster cross-functional collaboration, and continuously learn about WalkMe and digital adoption technologies.
