Candidates must possess five or more years of experience managing software-related projects within higher education, along with experience utilizing systems such as Banner, Colleague, Workday, Salesforce, Slate, or other ERP, CRM, and Student Information Systems. Exceptional written and oral communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and the capacity to articulate complex ideas clearly are required, alongside proficiency in utilizing project management tools like Smartsheet and the ability to organize and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
The Higher Education ERP Project Manager will provide comprehensive leadership for all assigned projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline; track and report on project budgets; establish project plans; schedule and manage SIG resources; work with clients to assign appropriate resources and manage implementation teams; provide advisory services for change management; track project progress and provide regular status reports; escalate project issues and identify potential setbacks; and work with clients to develop risk management plans.
