Requirements

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience managing software engineering teams and a proven ability to deliver value to end users and stakeholders. They should be adept at defining and tracking engineering metrics, understanding business metrics like KPIs and OKRs, and building high-performing remote teams.
