Requirements

Proven experience in delivering software training and implementation is required, along with strong consulting skills and the ability to audit client databases. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and customer service skills are essential. Candidates must be able to work independently and collaboratively, possess strong presentation, documentation, and communication skills, and be willing to travel extensively up to 75%. In-depth knowledge of MatrixCare software and its applications is necessary. Experience in the healthcare software industry and financial software, as well as familiarity with MatrixCare or similar solutions, are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Implementation Consultant will deliver instructor-led training, conduct workflow analysis and build sessions, and consult with clients on product decisions and setups. They will contact clients to gather information, prepare for training, and audit databases to ensure high software adoption. Responsibilities include communicating with internal resources to resolve issues, contributing to team meetings, building client relationships, and collaborating with project team members. The role involves identifying client risk areas, providing subject matter expertise, leading optimization services, and staying current with product releases.
