Client Success Managers (CSMs) are passionate about helping people maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of SaaS products in their daily workflows. They act as “product evangelists,” encouraging and driving product adoption and usage, streamlining customer processes. CSMs partner with the Account Management team to address specific client needs, identify gaps in service, and provide on-site and virtual product training. They manage and coordinate onboarding and implementation processes for a diverse client base including associations, corporations, nonprofits, law firms, and government agencies. CSMs also assist with designing and delivering internal sales and product training.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and technically savvy
  • Strong product knowledge, particularly in Public Policy/Issues Management and Advocacy (5 core products)
  • Proven presenter with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt and present information at all levels
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring training and account configuration needs are met.
  • Demonstrate mastery of all products within the Public Policy/Issues Management and Advocacy lines of business.
  • Deliver on-site and webinar training for the full product suite across all clients.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate churn risk through focused customer engagement.
  • Analyze client product usage and recommend best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts.
  • Assist with designing and delivering internal sales and product training as needed.
