Requirements

Candidates should possess significant experience in strategy, consulting, and/or advisory roles at a senior leadership level (Director/Partner), demonstrating a proven track record of applying data, AI/ML, and digital platforms to solve client challenges, and building and commercializing consulting or digital advisory practices. Deep domain expertise in sustainability and climate strategy, with carbon management expertise being strongly preferred, along with an advanced degree is required.

Responsibilities

As the Vice President of Digital Transformation, the individual will design scalable, tech-enabled advisory solutions leveraging data and AI, manage the development of high-quality datasets, lead cross-functional collaborations, coordinate with technical contributors, strategists, and client managers to drive impact, and coordinate with senior leaders to inform strategic direction, serve as a thought leader, and translate sustainability trends into actionable strategies. They will also cultivate client relationships, lead go-to-market strategies, identify and pursue high-impact engagements, and manage team members to drive business development and capabilities.
