The Professional Education Relations Associate must possess clinical and professional expertise to design and execute professional education programs. This role requires the ability to identify new training needs and gaps from sales, marketing leaders, and Key Opinion Leaders. Strong relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals (HCPs) at all levels, including physicians, fellows, and allied professionals, are essential. The position necessitates close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and HCPs. A proven ability to contribute to the design and development of professional education strategies and programs is required. The role also demands the establishment and maintenance of strong cross-functional relationships within the US commercial organization. The ability to ensure a positive customer/trainee/trainer experience and message consistency is crucial. This role requires 75% domestic and global travel.
The Professional Education Relations Associate will contribute to the strategy and tactical design and delivery of education programs. This individual will identify and uncover new training needs and gaps, contribute to the design of professional education solutions, and develop and maintain content for engagements. Responsibilities include participating as a facilitator in training sessions, reviewing the impact of training after delivery, and driving a cycle of continuous improvement. The role involves identifying subject matter experts for speaking and peer-to-peer training, managing Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships for professional education engagements, and managing speaker lists, speakers bureaus, and speaker training. The associate will develop relationships with clinicians, collaborate with stakeholders to gather inputs and feedback, and provide clinical and professional subject matter expertise. They will partner with Launch Education to deploy new launch programs and with the Fellows program for seamless handoffs. The role includes leading the delivery of professional education training programs in the field and identifying standardized methods to evaluate the impact of education programs.
