Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess over 4 years of experience in clinician training, enablement, or onboarding, preferably within the health tech, healthcare delivery, or clinical education sectors. A proven track record of implementing or managing a Learning Management System (LMS) is required, along with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and clinician workflows. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential, as is experience in developing training strategies and content across various formats.

Responsibilities

The Program Manager, Clinician Onboarding will be responsible for owning and leading clinician onboarding and end-user training programs, developing and refining onboarding strategies tailored to clinician roles and customer journeys. This includes partnering with the Partner Experience team to design scalable resourcing models, creating and maintaining a comprehensive curriculum for clinician training across multiple formats, and ensuring content remains clinically relevant and aligned with product updates. The role also involves implementing and managing an LMS, leveraging technology and data to improve training delivery and engagement, and developing frameworks to evaluate training effectiveness and iterate on the onboarding model to enhance clinician satisfaction and retention.
