Requirements

  • RN, NP, or PA licensure
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing patient care in a fertility clinic or a urology clinic that addresses female reproductive health and urology/low testosterone
  • Must be able to speak to both female and male fertility topics
  • Superb listening skills and an ability to empathetically discuss fertility and family-forming related topics
  • Ability to work independently and understand the difference between good clinical judgment and non-directive guidance
  • Motivated to expand knowledge on fertility and urology topics
  • Ability to function well from a confidential and private remote environment (100% remote role)
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs
  • Must have reliable online and digital resources available for use
  • Availability for required shifts: Monday through Friday from 12:00 pm-8:00 pm PST or Monday and Wednesday through Friday from 10:00 am-8:00 pm PST
  • Familiar with current reproductive and fertility regulatory trends and clinical practice guidelines in the US

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a clinical resource for urology and fertility functional areas
  • Provide evidence-informed sessions pertaining to relevant information and guidance on various medical topics
  • Utilize clinical experience and skills to engage in discussions and educate others
  • Lend expertise or knowledge to participate in continuing education programs for Carrot employees as needed
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives and audits to drive a safe, compliant, and high-standard experience
