RN, NP, or PA licensure
Minimum of 2 years of experience providing patient care in a fertility clinic or a urology clinic that addresses female reproductive health and urology/low testosterone
Must be able to speak to both female and male fertility topics
Superb listening skills and an ability to empathetically discuss fertility and family-forming related topics
Ability to work independently and understand the difference between good clinical judgment and non-directive guidance
Motivated to expand knowledge on fertility and urology topics
Ability to function well from a confidential and private remote environment (100% remote role)
Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs
Must have reliable online and digital resources available for use
Availability for required shifts: Monday through Friday from 12:00 pm-8:00 pm PST or Monday and Wednesday through Friday from 10:00 am-8:00 pm PST
Familiar with current reproductive and fertility regulatory trends and clinical practice guidelines in the US

Responsibilities

Serve as a clinical resource for urology and fertility functional areas
Provide evidence-informed sessions pertaining to relevant information and guidance on various medical topics
Utilize clinical experience and skills to engage in discussions and educate others
Lend expertise or knowledge to participate in continuing education programs for Carrot employees as needed
Participate in quality assurance initiatives and audits to drive a safe, compliant, and high-standard experience
