Requirements

RN, NP, or PA licensure
Minimum of 2 years of experience providing patient care in a fertility clinic or a urology clinic that addresses female reproductive health and urology/low testosterone
Ability to speak to both female and male fertility topics
Superb listening skills and an ability to empathetically discuss fertility and family-forming related topics
Ability to work independently and understand the difference between good clinical judgment and non-directive guidance
Motivated to expand knowledge on fertility and urology topics
Ability to function well from a confidential and private remote environment
Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs
Reliable online and digital resources available for use

Responsibilities

Provide evidence-informed sessions on various medical topics pertaining to reproductive and fertility care
Engage in discussions and educate others on fertility and family-forming related topics
Participate in continuing education programs for Carrot employees as needed
Lend expertise or knowledge to participate in quality assurance initiatives and audits
Contribute to the development of solutions to optimize health and family-forming journeys
Collaborate with the team to provide comprehensive support to members and their families
Stay up-to-date with current reproductive and fertility regulatory trends and clinical practice guidelines in the US
Develop and maintain relationships with members and their families to provide exceptional care and support
