A strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and medical affairs field dynamics is required, along with excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and project management skills. High attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented mindset are essential. Experience in endocrinology or cardiometabolism is preferred, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office, LMS tools, and virtual platforms.
The Sr. Manager/Associate Director of Training will collaborate with the Director of Training to design, implement, and evaluate training programs for Medical Science Liaisons and other medical affairs professionals. Responsibilities include co-facilitating new hire onboarding, developing and delivering ongoing education initiatives, curating scientific content, and monitoring performance trends to identify learning needs. The role also involves contributing to team meetings, leading training sessions, creating and maintaining a structured training curriculum, designing assessment tools, and collaborating cross-functionally with various stakeholders. Additionally, the position may require temporary territory coverage for MSLs and managing training initiative logistics, timelines, and vendor deliverables.
