Requirements

Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in audit, advisory, or consulting at a public accounting firm, specifically with SOC, HITRUST, or internal controls. A strong understanding of audit lifecycles, data, controls, evidence, and reporting is essential. Excellent communication, public speaking, and facilitation skills are required, along with confidence in leading Zoom training sessions and explaining workflows. Strong organizational and project management skills are also necessary. Experience with training new hires or developing training content, and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or course material creation are considered bonuses.

Responsibilities

The Customer Education Specialist will be the primary presenter for Fieldguide University's live trainings, webinars, and customer learning events. They will collaborate with instructional designers and technical writers to develop structured learning paths for various user personas. This role involves designing and hosting CPE-eligible live training sessions focused on real-world audit use cases like SOC 2, HITRUST, and NIST. The specialist will contribute audit expertise to the e-learning curriculum, ensuring practical firm scenarios are reflected in courses. They will also facilitate community discussions, acting as a product expert and advocate for scalable onboarding and enablement. Responsibilities include staying updated on platform changes through collaboration with Product and Customer Success teams, collecting feedback, and optimizing course content based on learner engagement.
