Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop positioning, messaging, and GTM strategies for new products, integrations, and features
  • Plan and execute launch campaigns for both net-new and expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing on pricing experiments and segmentation strategies
  • Build compelling case studies that showcase adoption and measurable outcomes
  • Conduct competitive research and win/loss analysis to inform positioning and GTM strategy
  • Create high-impact collateral that arms sales and success teams with the right stories and use cases
  • Lead onboarding content and product education that drive activation and time-to-value
  • Partner with Growth and Product to optimize conversion journeys (especially free → paid)
  • Identify lifecycle opportunities to expand product usage, engagement, and advocacy
