4 years of Technical Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product Management, Product Marketing or related experience
Bachelor or Master Degree in Technology, Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience
Strong grasp of cybersecurity, identity and access management, authentication flows, or cloud environments
Familiarity with tools like Okta, Azure AD, AWS, or MDM solutions is a plus
Ability to identify customer use-cases and translate them into compelling technical content and demos
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate sophisticated technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Experience collaborating with GTM teams, contributing to enablement, and translating product features into value propositions
Background in developing detailed technical collateral preferably with a security and identity focus
Motivated by learning and growing in a fast-paced environment with a chance to take on more responsibility over time

Responsibilities

Be a critical link between Product, Marketing, and Sales—helping bring 1Password’s Extended Access Management solutions to life through technical storytelling, engaging demos, and market insights
Identify real customer challenges and create technical content that resonates with practitioners and decision-makers
Support go-to-market efforts with compelling demos, proof-of-concepts, and enablement materials
Support technical partnerships and help shape reference architectures
Play an important role in competitive and win/loss analysis efforts
Empower field teams, influence product development, and elevate 1Password’s voice in the market
Co-develop launch and adoption strategies for identity, authentication, and user access security solutions
Collaborate with Sales Engineers, PMs, and customers to identify technical friction points and turn them into compelling demos and solution narratives
Develop technical marketing materials such as demo scripts, proof-of-concepts
