Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud based solutions to C-levels in a field sales position and experience selling a Planning/EPM solution. Experience building and executing a go-to-market plan focused on Target Account Selling and Demand Generation Activities is also required. Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape, developing product expertise on new products, and staying up-to-date with industry trends are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

The Planning Center of Excellence Account Executive will develop and drive short-term account strategies aligned with customer business objectives and build long-term relationships. They will be responsible for managing deals and connecting customer needs with Workday's specialized products. This role involves working with Workday Account Executives to identify sales opportunities within existing specialized product customers and maintaining accurate customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data. The role also requires managing sales cycles, staying informed about industry trends and customer needs, and partnering with internal teams on account strategies and territory management.
