Requirements

Candidates must have hands-on experience designing, building, and administering business planning solutions in Pigment. Proven expertise in multidimensional modeling, data integration, and dashboard creation within the Pigment platform is required. A strong understanding of core FP&A concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial reporting, is essential. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business logic into a structured data model, are necessary. Experience in a high-growth environment, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry, is also required.

Responsibilities

The Pigment System Administrator will serve as the primary system administrator for the Pigment platform, managing user access, security, data integrations, and system performance. They will design, build, and maintain models for financial planning, headcount planning, sales capacity and quota planning, marketing spend allocation, and long-range forecasting. Responsibilities also include configuring and managing data flows into Pigment from source systems, developing dashboards and reports for executive leadership, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions, identifying opportunities to enhance planning processes, and providing ongoing support and troubleshooting to business users.
