Candidates should have 4-7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related role, preferably in a marketplace, SaaS, or high-growth tech company. Strong financial modeling skills, including three-statement, cohort, LTV/CAC, sensitivity, and scenario modeling, are essential. Advanced Excel skills, SQL for analytics, and familiarity with BI tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau are required. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar field is necessary, with an MBA or CPA being a plus. Experience with marketplaces, gig/contingent workforce models, or field service/labor marketplaces is preferred, as is exposure to pricing and marketplace dynamics, hands-on M&A process support, and familiarity with marketplace transaction accounting.
The Senior FP&A Analyst will build and own financial models, including multi-scenario revenue models and three-statement models, and manage the operating cadence for monthly/quarterly close. They will analyze unit economics and marketplace KPIs, translating them into actionable recommendations for management. This role involves preparing and presenting monthly financial/business reviews and executive decks, leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, and stress-testing scenarios. The analyst will support commercial finance by partnering with Sales/CS on pricing analyses, deal economics, and margin expansion. They will also partner with Product & Data to enhance analytical infrastructure, own data requirements, validate metrics, and automate reporting. Additionally, the role includes supporting M&A diligence and ad-hoc analyses, mentoring other analysts, and formalizing FP&A processes.
