Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA a plus)
  • Substantial experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the financial technology or software industry
  • Proven experience in managing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, content, events, social, media, etc.)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, engagement, and geo-expansion (including go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities)
  • Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, events, etc.) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance marketing programs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Collaborate with the in-house Studio Team to create compelling design and copy for campaigns, events, and activities that resonate with target audiences regionally
  • Enhance third-party conference participation and Addepar-hosted events: plan and implement participation, liaise with organizers, define regional programs, execute, track ROI, and optimize Salesforce tracking for opportunities, contacts, and leads
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, customer success, client management) and external partners to create and deliver joint marketing initiatives, cultivating strong relationships
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategies
  • Leverage marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms in partnership with marketing operations to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency
