  • Manage an experimental roadmap for journey optimization
  • Deliver data-first, personalized communications
  • Partner with Business Operations to design marketing automation programs
  • Lead end-to-end development and execution of messaging and content
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics
  • Build "always-on" automated nurture flows
  • Collaborate with sales, business operations, marketing, and compliance teams
