Requirements

  • Subject matter expertise in Marketo
  • Experience with hands-on development and execution of journey-based marketing campaigns, including campaign assets, segmentation, list management, campaign flow, form creation, testing, tracking, and reporting
  • Knowledge of compliance with privacy laws such as CASL and GDPR
  • Ability to manage platform performance and database health, including users, roles, workspaces, programs, sync/system errors, tracking, automations, segmentation, channel management, retention policies, and privacy policies
  • Experience working alongside Digital Marketing Operations analysts and specialists for reporting accuracy and data governance
  • Ability to monitor and update scoring, MQL, and lead lifecycle operational programs
  • Experience managing integrations, including CRM and event platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and involving stakeholders across the company

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on development and execution of journey-based marketing campaigns including campaign assets, segmentation, list management, campaign flow, form creation, testing, tracking, and reporting
  • Ensure operation in compliance with applicable privacy laws such as CASL and GDPR
  • Management of platform performance and database health, including users, roles, workspaces, programs, sync/system errors, tracking, automations, segmentation, channel management, retention policies, and privacy policies
  • Work alongside other Digital Marketing Operations analysts and specialists to ensure accuracy of reporting and data governance programs
  • Monitor and update scoring, MQL, and lead lifecycle operational programs to support alignment between Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other business units
  • Manage integrations, including CRM and event platforms
  • Collaborate with teams on campaign program strategy, architecture, and processes as part of the Marketing Operations center of excellence
  • Apply best-in-class practices and optimization in the digital ecosystem to ensure implementation of marketing automation strategy
