The Payroll Implementation Manager should have experience overseeing the successful implementation and data migration of payroll systems. They need to be proficient in leading and managing the full payroll implementation process, ensuring accurate data transfer, proper system configuration, and seamless transitions. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders, guiding clients through setup and migration, and offering ongoing support and training are essential. Experience in project setup, including organizing kick-off meetings and delivering implementations, is required. The role demands the ability to create, maintain, and manage project plans for successful client roll-outs, support project review calls, coordinate project streams, and manage changes to scope and schedule. Defining and setting up agreed client payroll processes, establishing payroll and data requirements, and managing client payroll calendars timely and effectively are also key requirements. Maintaining detailed project documentation, configuring interfaces, reports, and systems for parallel and live payroll, and facilitating client sign-off are necessary. The ability to generate reports for payroll data analysis, auditing, and reconciliation, and mapping GL reports if required, are also expected.
Oversee the successful implementation and data migration of payroll systems for Deel’s clients. Lead and manage the full payroll implementation process, ensuring clients’ data is accurately transferred, systems are properly configured, and the transition is seamless. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, guiding clients through the setup and migration phases, while offering ongoing support and training. Organize and run kick-off meetings with the onboarding team and clients to deliver implementations. Create, maintain, and manage project plans to deliver the successful roll-out of clients. Support project review calls (internal and external) and coordinate and deliver on project streams. Refer and manage any changes to the scope of work and delivery schedule. Define and set-up the agreed client payroll processes, establishing all of the payroll and data requirements. Ensure each client payroll calendar is managed timely and effectively. Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and process documentation. Define, agree, and configure all interfaces, reports, and systems configurations to successfully deliver the parallel and live payroll for month 1 and 2, if applicable. Work with the client to sign-off on the project and document all of the client specific needs and processes ensuring validation and confirmation on the project implementation. Generate reports to analyze, audit, and reconcile payroll data. Map GL reports if required.
