Requirements

Responsibilities
The Senior Software Engineer will build integrations and automate processes for connections to hundreds of payroll providers and other third parties. They will construct robust, observable, maintainable, and scalable systems for data exchange supporting over half a million participants. Responsibilities include exploring third-party payroll systems, interfacing with providers on technical solutions, writing high-quality code and tests, participating in the full development lifecycle, contributing to engineering standards and tooling, coaching junior engineers, and building new services within a Service-Oriented Architecture.
