Requirements

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in business development, inside sales, or outbound customer service. Previous experience managing high-volume customer-facing outreach using digital and phone methods is required. Proficiency with CRM, project tracking, and outreach tools like Monday.com, Jira, Salesforce, or dialers is necessary. Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, along with demonstrated poise in public speaking situations, are essential.

Responsibilities

The Implementation Support Specialist will develop a deep understanding of client business and implementation project requirements. They will communicate effectively with data vendors to obtain client data promptly and in standardized formats for the Artemis Platform. This role involves using automated tools to manage workload, documenting outreach attempts, and providing clear updates on data acquisition tasks to stakeholders. The specialist will proactively escalate any risks of project delay due to data acquisition issues and serve as an advocate for Nomi Analytics by communicating the company's mission, products, and value.
