Requirements

Candidates should have 8+ years of payroll experience with a proven track record managing multi-country payrolls across the Americas, EMEA, and/or APAC. Deep knowledge of global payroll compliance, taxation, and labor regulations is required. Experience working with third-party payroll providers and internal systems like ADP, Excel, and G-Suite is necessary. Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and reconciliation skills, proficiency in Excel, ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment, strong project management skills, and excellent communication skills are also essential.

Responsibilities

The Global Payroll Lead will own and execute end-to-end global payroll operations across the US and multiple international markets, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability. This role involves collaborating with People, Finance, Legal, and Accounting teams, as well as external vendors, to ensure smooth payroll operations. Responsibilities include maintaining a strong understanding of local tax, social security, labor laws, and compliance requirements, driving payroll calendar adherence, reviewing payroll inputs and outputs for accuracy, reconciling payroll data, partnering with the Accounting team during month-end and year-end close, and leading continuous improvement projects to streamline and automate payroll processes.
