Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Science degree and 5-10 years of high-tech business development or alliances experience at a high-growth startup, with a strong track record of revenue generation through Reseller, SI, and MSSP partnerships in the Mid-Atlantic region. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically, build compelling value propositions, and work cross-organizationally is essential, as is experience with ISV strategies and business models. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, intrinsically driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

The Partner Business Manager will grow and accelerate Cribl's partner go-to-market strategy by building and driving pipeline generation with field-level go-to-market partner organizations, including Resellers, SIs, MSSPs, Tech Alliances, and Cloud Partners. Responsibilities include developing strategic plans with key partners, evangelizing partners internally, and serving as the partner advocate within Cribl to increase revenue and drive incremental business opportunities. Occasional duties outside standard working hours may be required due to the remote-first nature of the company.
