Requirements

Collaboration skills with Product, Sales, Partnerships, Growth, and Customer Success teams are required. Familiarity with marketing campaigns, co-marketing strategies with VCs and accelerators, and customer advocacy is necessary. The role also requires representation in startup communities and industry events.

Responsibilities

The Startup Marketing Lead will define and scale Deel’s presence with startups and early-stage companies. This includes owning messaging, campaign strategy, lifecycle programs, and partner alignment. Responsibilities involve defining and evolving Deel’s value proposition for startups, segmenting the ICP, and building tailored use cases. The role requires leading startup-focused go-to-market campaigns, collaborating with partners for co-marketing and channel growth, and sourcing customer stories. Additionally, the lead will represent Deel in startup communities and industry events, shaping audience strategy and amplifying Deel’s perspective on global hiring.
