Responsibilities

The Sr. Regional Marketing Manager will serve as the strategic and operational lead for field marketing across the NAMER region, building and executing integrated programs to generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and deepen brand presence. This role involves operating as a marketing business owner accountable for regional pipeline goals, new logo growth, and revenue acceleration across enterprise and partner segments. Responsibilities include adapting global marketing programs to local market realities, collaborating closely with sales, SDRs, and channel teams to drive pipeline generation, and orchestrating integrated field campaigns for brand and business impact. The manager will partner with product marketing, growth ops, and regional campaigns to build targeted programs, measure and report on the ROI of all marketing activities, and optimize based on data and feedback. Additionally, they will support and onboard new teammates, contributing to team culture and knowledge-sharing.
