Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in education, training, organizational development, data analytics, or a related field, with a Master's degree being preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, instructional design, or a similar role is required, along with a proven track record in project management, process improvement, program development, and data analytics. Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is expertise in program management technologies and tools like MS Project. Experience with data-driven decision-making and change management is preferred, as is familiarity with data analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI, and statistical analysis techniques. Certifications like PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CPTD, or data analytics certifications are considered a plus. Key competencies include strategic thinking, managing multiple priorities, strong interpersonal skills for collaboration, a passion for continuous learning and data-driven insights, and the ability to drive change and influence without direct authority. Functional knowledge of Organizational Change Management processes is also beneficial.
The Organization Effectiveness Lead will analyze existing training and intake processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, and manage the design, development, and delivery of training processes in partnership with training operations and other teams. They will partner with subject matter experts to ensure processes are accurate and aligned with business needs, deliver training and support to partner teams on process adoption, and provide consultative support to drive consistent process adoption. The role involves evaluating process effectiveness using metrics and feedback, staying informed about industry best practices, and establishing a framework for content lifecycle management, including creation, curation, updating, and archiving of knowledge documentation. Responsibilities also include maintaining the content asset repository, managing version control and audit trails, training content creators on governance processes, leading review cycles for content, and serving as the point of contact for content-related questions. Additionally, the lead will collect, analyze, and interpret data related to training effectiveness and operational efficiency, develop dashboards and reports for leadership, use data-driven insights for decision-making and program optimization, and monitor key performance indicators to measure success and identify improvement opportunities. The role requires fostering a collaborative environment, acting as the primary point of contact for senior leadership on training process management, data analytics, and process improvement initiatives.
