The Workforce Manager will be responsible for developing and executing workforce plans across clinical departments and projects. This includes forecasting resource needs, analyzing staffing trends and workload data, and making proactive resourcing decisions. The role involves designing and implementing tools for scheduling, capacity planning, and reporting, as well as establishing standard operating procedures for staffing and onboarding. Additionally, the manager will identify and address talent gaps, support continuous improvement activities, and collaborate with HR/recruiting to align hiring with demand. They will also support contingency planning and flexible staffing models.
