The Claims Continuous Improvement Specialist will coordinate, plan, and implement projects by analyzing project scope and objectives, and liaise with stakeholders regarding project details and deliverables. This role involves identifying problems and finding solutions, motivating others, enabling collaboration, and identifying and mitigating potential risks and blockers. The specialist will analyze and evaluate existing process workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, conduct root cause analysis of process failures, and use data analysis tools to collect and interpret information for effective solutions. Responsibilities also include leading process design and improvement working sessions, documenting updated process workflows, monitoring the effectiveness of new processes using KPIs, generating reports and presentations on process performance, and communicating and influencing peers and leaders on new processes and trainings.
