Proficiency in handling employment contracts and similar legally binding documents is required, along with adaptability in fast-paced, cross-functional settings, preferably in startups or high-growth companies. A team-oriented mindset, exceptional written and spoken English communication skills, and tech-savviness with various collaboration tools are essential. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, international team, manage multiple priorities, and familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and Google Workspace are necessary. Knowledge and content management skills are also important, with French or Arabic language skills being a bonus.
The Onboarding Operations Specialist will lead the onboarding journey for new employees, focusing on compliance and seamless documentation, including verification and preparation of employment packages. They will take end-to-end ownership of the employee onboarding lifecycle, ensuring all operational requirements are met for a smooth experience and addressing employee queries. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams to ensure a smooth client and employee experience. The specialist will also be responsible for continuously seeking and implementing enhancements to the onboarding experience and managing and maintaining employee data for accuracy and security.
