Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in recruitment operations or talent acquisition, with proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS. Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools for reporting is required, along with experience independently leading larger projects, implementations, or process enhancements. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, the capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and Workday experience are preferred.
The Sr. Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist will support recruiting teams by understanding the end-to-end recruitment process and advising on or troubleshooting process-related issues. This role involves managing recruitment systems for accurate candidate tracking, reporting, and database management, as well as identifying and recommending improvements for recruitment process bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Responsibilities include implementing best practices and tools to optimize candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection, rolling out process changes, and leading training for recruiting teams. The specialist will also assist with the development and maintenance of recruitment workflows, templates, and guidelines, support the implementation and optimization of recruiting software tools, and act as a liaison between the talent acquisition team and Technology and Operations teams to resolve process inefficiencies.
