About this Role
As the first sales hire, you will be instrumental in transitioning Ashby from founder-led sales to a scalable and repeatable sales process. The emphasis is on raw ability, continuous growth, and a passion for building a strong go-to-market function, mirroring the company's success in product and engineering.
