Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree with at least one year of prior HR or related experience, demonstrating the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally. They should have experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment, understanding process flows and their impact, and exhibit excellent written, verbal, and visual communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Furthermore, candidates are expected to have keen attention to detail and the ability to manage concurrent and competing priorities in a complex, high-pressure environment, along with desired experience using MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs, and experience with entering transactions into people technology systems.

Responsibilities

The People Operations Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact to ensure a seamless and positive employee experience, executing operational tasks supporting the full employee life cycle from pre-boarding to post-termination. They will conduct new hire onboarding and training sessions, maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance of employee data and files within HR systems, partner with internal stakeholders on matters related to onboarding, employee changes, and terminations, collect and appropriately distribute mail, respond to unemployment claims, support compliance-related tasks such as ordering compliance posters, assist with project work and other duties for ad-hoc team initiatives, and perform all other duties as assigned.
