Candidates should have a strong understanding of HR administration fundamentals for a single location, including hiring, transfers, terminations, and leave tracking. Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and formulas, is essential for data analysis and reporting. Experience with HRIS systems and familiarity with payroll processing are also required.
The HR Operations / Pre-Payroll specialist will collect and verify data for payroll processing, including vacations, sick leaves, bonuses, and deductions. They will maintain and update employee records in HRIS/Excel, submit pre-payroll data to the Accounting/Payroll team on time, and conduct regular and ad-hoc analysis of HR data. Responsibilities also include performing basic root-cause analysis of discrepancies, preparing reports and presentations for leadership, and participating in HR budget planning and monitoring.
