Responsibilities

Data Collection & Payroll Support

• Collect and verify data for payroll processing (vacations, sick leaves, bonuses, deductions).
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS/Excel.
• Understand the fundamentals of HR administration for a single location (hiring, transfers, terminations, leave tracking).
• Submit pre-payroll data to the Accounting/Payroll team within established deadlines.

Analytics & Reporting

• Conduct regular and ad-hoc analysis of HR data, preparing summaries and visualizations.
• Work extensively in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) to identify trends and anomalies.
• Perform basic root-cause analysis of discrepancies and suggest improvements.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and the HR team.

Budget & Process Management

• Participate in planning and monitoring the HR budget (salaries, bonuses, benefits).
• Track actual vs planned expenses and prepare monthly reports.
• Support initiatives for cost optimization and process efficiency improvement.
