The Project Manager, People will coordinate efforts across M&A, HR compliance, people operations, payroll, and benefits to ensure cross-functional alignment and delivery. This includes planning and executing M&A projects from due diligence to post-merger integration, developing comprehensive project plans, coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring deliverables, identifying and mitigating risks, assessing scope changes, supporting due diligence, facilitating integration planning, reporting on project progress, and serving as a point of contact for M&A and compliance activities.
