Responsibilities

The People Operations Generalist will be responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling core People Ops processes, including onboarding and offboarding. This includes developing, refining, and documenting employee lifecycle processes, managing employee data and records with integrity, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The role involves serving as the primary contact for benefits and people-related inquiries, administering leaves of absence and accommodations, liaising with vendors, and coordinating annual 401(k) compliance. Additionally, the Generalist will keep the company current on employment legislation, update policies and processes accordingly, conduct compliance reporting, and participate in the planning and execution of People team initiatives.
