Requirements

A proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets is essential, along with experience working with consulting firms that support employer benefit evaluations. Proficiency in CRM software, specifically Salesforce, and outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and closing skills are required. Fluency in navigating complex benefits buying topics, such as cost savings and compliance, is preferred, as is being located in London.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business growth in EMEA by building a strong sales pipeline and closing deals to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. This role involves acting as a trusted consultant and advisor to external parties to understand prospect pain points and buying needs. The executive will become an expert on Carrot's product, conducting discovery calls, customized demos, and presentations. They will also serve as a partner to the product team, relaying market insights to inform product priorities, and collaborate effectively with team members while forecasting accurately. Additionally, the role requires collaborating with Marketing, Commercial, and Customer Success teams to onboard clients and ensure excellent service.
