Requirements

Candidates should possess extensive operations experience, particularly in people operations with a focus on employment and legal contracting. Proficiency in handling employment contracts and similar legally binding documents is essential. They must be adaptable to fast-paced, cross-functional settings, ideally within startups or high-growth companies, and demonstrate a team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership. Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills at a business level are required, with a keen eye for detail and clarity. Tech-savviness, familiarity with collaboration tools like Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and Google Workspace, and skills in knowledge and content management are necessary. French or Arabic language skills are considered a bonus.

Responsibilities

The Onboarding Operations Specialist will lead the onboarding journey for new employees, focusing on compliance and seamless documentation, including verification and preparation of employment packages. They will take end-to-end ownership of the employee onboarding lifecycle, ensuring all operational requirements are met and addressing employee queries throughout the process. This role involves close collaboration with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams to deliver a smooth experience for clients and their employees. The specialist will also be responsible for continuously seeking and implementing enhancements to the onboarding experience and managing and maintaining employee data with a focus on accuracy and security.
