Candidates must have at least 3 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in SaaS B2B, with a proven record of exceeding targets and managing complex sales cycles. A strong background in full-cycle sales, including prospecting and lead development, is essential. Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and other sales technologies is required. The role also demands excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation, resilience, the ability to handle objections professionally, strong teamwork skills, and a growth mindset. Willingness to work a 5 AM–2 PM MST schedule to accommodate international clients is necessary. Prior experience with global accounts or the EMEA region is a plus.
The Account Executive 3 will expand BambooHR's presence in the EMEA region by building relationships with decision-makers and driving new account acquisition. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, establishing lasting partnerships, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, accurately forecasting, and logging activities in the CRM. Daily tasks involve self-sourcing leads through referrals and outreach, creating tailored business cases, driving demand through strategic engagement, and influencing decision-makers by aligning solutions with business needs. The role requires anticipating and addressing objections, guiding prospects through the decision-making process, staying informed about market trends and competitor offerings, and collaborating with marketing, technical, and internal partners to advance opportunities. Key account prioritization and strategy alignment with internal teams are also crucial.
