Current experience in Enterprise Software Sales in an ISR-type role and proven ability to close small deals successfully are required. A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred, and SLED industry experience is a plus.
In the first month, successful DSRs complete onboarding checklists, coursework, familiarize with the org chart, learn the SailPoint pitch, meet the team, shadow calls, and demonstrate proficiency with sales tools like LinkedIn, 6Sense, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce.
Ideal candidates have experience in SaaS sales transitioning from inside sales to full-cycle Account Executive roles, with a track record in proactive outreach, relationship building, and closing small deals in enterprise software.
