Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, is essential, along with experience selling to both growth-stage startups and large enterprises. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, including the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, such as C-level executives, engineers, and finance teams.
As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, negotiation, and closing deals, consistently exceeding sales goals. You will proactively build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through various methods, such as outbound prospecting, networking, and marketing campaigns. You will deeply understand customer needs and challenges, effectively communicating Nominal’s value proposition and demonstrating how the platform meets their critical testing outcomes. Furthermore, you will collaborate with internal teams, including engineers and business operations, to provide tailored demonstrations, technical guidance, and sales collateral. Finally, you will contribute to the development and growth of the sales team by sharing your expertise and best practices.
