We're building the first and largest Ecosystem-Led Growth (ELG) platform, connecting companies to find overlapping customers and prospects while maintaining data privacy. Crossbeam helps companies sell more effectively, market to the right audiences, and collaborate with partners.

Responsibilities

  • Close New Business: Drive significant business growth by acquiring new logos and expanding within the mid-market customer segment, contributing to revenue goals.
  • Goals & Metrics: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas of pipeline and closed business.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal go-to-market teams (partnerships, sales, customer success) to understand customer challenges and inspire new use cases. Partner with cross-functional teams like legal, security, and product.
  • Product Expertise: Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of the Crossbeam product and articulate its value.
  • Value Selling: Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and how Crossbeam can positively impact their business.
  • Ecosystem Engagement: Build relationships with prospects, decision-makers, and executives via email, phone, social media, and events.
