Requirements

Candidates must ensure 4.5 days of normal visits per week, with at least 12 face-to-face effective visits per day. They should guarantee correct coverage and frequency for A and B level clients. Monthly visits to hospital directors, pharmacy directors, and key opinion leaders are required. Product knowledge will be assessed through weekly meetings and regular exams, which will be used for performance evaluation. Employees must maintain phone availability between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

Responsibilities

The Medical Representative will conduct daily visits to clients, including VIPs, and organize at least one product introduction meeting per week. They must plan and track progress towards sales targets monthly and weekly, and manage and update customer information within their assigned territory. Financial responsibilities include proposing and managing expenses for market activities within budget, and submitting expense reports promptly. Product management involves developing monthly product development plans, especially for new products, according to company strategy. They are also expected to effectively utilize business skills in the field to improve visit efficiency and ensure 8 hours of effective work time in the region daily.
