Proven success in exceeding sales targets, particularly with extensive cold calling experience (40+ calls per day), is essential. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to navigate the full sales cycle are also required.
The Partnerships Specialist will proactively seek out and develop new partnerships with U.S. partner pharmacies through cold calling, networking, and outreach efforts. They will handle a high volume of cold calls, manage the entire sales cycle, build strong relationships with potential partners, maintain and track their sales pipeline using CRM tools, collaborate with the Senior Manager of Partner Development, overcome objections, and consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas to drive PHIL’s business development goals.
